Seeing the world as of whom we are [Main] — Serafina @ 8:29 am

Recently, I realized that people around me cannot stop talking about their work or themselves. When they run out things to say, they have to turn their attention to you. But they could not help it, the first thing come out of their mouth has to be something bad. For example, what is wrong with your hair, did you burn it? What is wrong with your eyes, why are they red and swollen?

With sick eyes, everything seen is sick. When ask these people to look at something that is pleasant and nice, they have to find something evil in it. Request them to balance themselves such as self-cleansing, meditation or just simply contact with nature, they will start to complain about long working hours, bad Singapore weather, Singapore too small etc. They have so much to complain about but they do not want to do anything. I start to believe that they chose to be unhappy. I am really hoping to start hearing positive comments about anything.

maybe this is the reason why singapore ranked so low in terms of how happy we are…
